🌿✨ “Rooted in Purpose” – City of Hutto Event ✨🌿

For the City of Hutto’s “Rooted in Purpose” event, we had the incredible opportunity to design a full-scale balloon experience that was both meaningful and visually impactful. This installation was created to celebrate and inspire, bringing together thoughtful design elements that complemented the heart of the event. 💚

We started with a custom 10x10 step-and-repeat balloon backdrop, perfect for photos and welcoming guests into the space. Inside the main speaker room, we installed organic balloon columns that added height, texture, and a polished look to the stage area. To help guide guests throughout the venue, we also incorporated floating balloon columns as room markers — blending functionality with design. 🎈✨

The true centerpiece of the event was a stunning 12-foot balloon tree, designed as a symbolic statement piece to represent growth, strength, and being “rooted in purpose.” 🌳 This installation brought the entire theme together and created a memorable focal point that truly stood out.

This event was such a special one to be part of, and it meant so much to contribute to something honoring the incredible employees of my city. Creating this experience was not only exciting, but deeply rewarding — a beautiful reminder of the impact thoughtful design can have on a meaningful event. 💚✨
